Dan McCarthy has been in the home building industry since 1976, and a carpenter contractor since 1982. He moved to Boulder in 1993 and has been building homes in developments such as Somerset Estates, Waterford, Waterstone, Lake Valley Golf Course, Four Mile Creek, Creekside and the Denver Country Club.
